Former President Donald Trump’s running mate, Sen. JD Vance, R-Ohio, said he “disavows” Nick Fuentes, a far-right white supremacist. Fuentes attacked Vance’s wife, Usha Vance, for her Indian heritage. Vance has also said the best response for his wife is to “ignore” the attacks.
Vance said “I disavow him” during an interview with Margaret Brennan on CBS’s Face the Nation. He asserted that people should go after him, saying “if these guys want to attack me… Come after me, but don’t attack my wife.”
