South Korea’s National Intelligence Service (NIS) reported that North Korea has sent 1,500 special forces to Russia to assist in its war against Ukraine, with thousands more expected to follow. These troops, transported by Russian naval ships between October 8 and 13, are currently stationed at military bases in Vladivostok, Ussuriysk, Khabarovsk, and Blagoveshchensk.
