President Donald Trump said that on Monday, July 28, he declined an invitation to Jeffrey Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Speaking to reporters in Scotland, Trump said, “I never had the privilege of going to his island, and I did turn it down.” He added that many people in Palm Beach were invited, but he considered rejecting the invitation one of his “very good moments.”
