Since March 26, the crew of a ship that hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge causing it to collapse has been trapped aboard the Dali. Officials have no timetable for when the men can disembark, but maintain the men's needs are being tended to. However, the men have had their personal cell phones confiscated by the FBI as part of the ongoing investigation, and are only left with temporary phones that have no data.
