Disney updates classic Splash Mountain ride

Disney revealed new updates about its Splash Mountain attraction. Critics called for a redesign because it’s based on the movie “Song of the South,” which depicts African American slaves living happily on a plantation. As a result, Adventures with Princess Tiana from “Princess and the Frog” will be the new theme of the ride. Disney says the renovated ride will start from the movie’s final scene and be full of New Orleans culture.
