He completed doctoral research studies at Clark Atlanta University in Federal Policy Reform, a second Ph.D. from the Business University of Costa Rica in International Intersectionality associated with Policy and Religion, a Master of Science in Applied Physics & Quantum Mechanics through the Universidad Empresarial’s Para-University International Program for English-speaking students, and finally, an MBA from Beulah Heights University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Religious Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology.
