Atomic watchdog concerned with Ukraine plant – The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency expressed concern about the physical integrity of Europe’s largest nuclear plant taken over by Russia during the war on Ukraine. The agency said the structure is being deliberately damaged and put in harm’s way. The IAEA arrived at the plant in Ukraine on Thursday. They plan to return today despite more fighting in the area.
Argentina’s vice president nearly assassinated – Shocking video out of Argentina showed an assassination attempt on the country’s vice president. Video shows a gun was pointed right in Cristina Fernandez’s face as she was getting out of a car. The gun misfired and the man was quickly taken down by the security team.
NASA to launch moon rocket Saturday – NASA will try once again to launch its new moon rocket on a test flight Saturday. The rocket was originally set to launch Monday, but that was scrapped due to engine trouble. Managers said they were changing fueling procedures to see a successful mission this weekend.
