Civil Engineer Allyn Kilsheimer has been hired to investigate the cause of the condo collapse in Surfside, Florida. He’s worked on several forensic investigations, including the FIU pedestrian bridge collapse and the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon. He spoke with Straight Arrow News about how his investigation will move forward in Florida.
