DESMOND ADDED THAT NEARLY 215,000 MIGRANTS HAVE BEEN APPREHENDED SINCE OCTOBER.
AND DESMOND ASSERTS THE CLOSURE OF PROCESSING CENTERS HAS LED TO MORE THAN 30,000 MIGRANT DROP OFFS OVER THE PAST COUPLE MONTHS.
