Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner with President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden, filed a $30 million defamation lawsuit against Jessica Tarlov over her comments about his legal fees.
Tarlov is a co-host of Fox News’ show The Five. She retracted her statements alleging his connection to President Biden a day later.
The lawsuit alleges substantial damages to his reputation, mental health and safety following defamatory accusations against Bobulinski.
This is the second person he has sued. Bobulinski also sued former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson for allegedly defamatory statements against him in her book.
