Trump adviser Boris Epshteyn pleads not guilty in Arizona’s fake elector case

Lawyers Boris Epshteyn, Jenna Ellis and James Lamon pleaded not guilty to nine felony charges related to attempting to overturn Trump’s Arizona election loss. Boris Epshteyn, a former Trump advisor, is accused of aiding Giuliani in submitting fake electors for former President Trump in Arizona and obstructing the election results’ certification by Congress.

Arizona officials charged 11 Republicans, including lawyers and more former Trump aides, for falsely claiming the former president won Arizona in a document to Congress unveiled in late April 2024.
