Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The main points
- No purchase is necessary to earn rewards.
- Rewards are only available to subscribers residing in the U.S.
- Referrals must be legitimate and validated by Straight Arrow News.
Redemption
- The window to claim rewards is 30 days. Once that window is closed, the claim code will be invalid.
Straight Arrow News reserves the right, at its sole discretion:
- Disqualify any referrals deemed to be fraudulent. Any subscriber that refers fake emails will be disqualified.
- Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if it becomes corrupted in any way that affects the program from functioning as originally intended.
Indemnification
- Straight Arrow News is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the referral program offering or in the promotion of rewards & offers as part of the administration of the program.
- Straight Arrow News and its agents, affiliates:
- Make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning the rewards.
- Disclaim any implied warranty.
- Not responsible or liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting acceptance, possession, or use of the reward.
- By participating, all subscribers agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Straight Arrow News and its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this promotion.
The referral program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws & regulations.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or tamper with the referral system or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is in violation of criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, Straight Arrow News reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
