Kyle Huson joined Straight Arrow News in August 2022 as Social Media Lead. He comes with multiple years of experience in communications, digital content, broadcasting, public relations and marketing. He previously spent three years leading digital content efforts for USA Hockey. He served as content lead for multiple gold-medal winning teams on the international front and various initiatives to grow the game from the grassroots level. Prior to that, he worked in various capacities for a Baltimore Orioles minor league affiliate, primarily as the team’s broadcaster.

Kyle was a four-year member of the University of Connecticut Division I hockey program where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Journalism. A Colorado native, Kyle and his wife, Emily, reside in Colorado Springs with their son, Brooks, and dog, Keyote.
