Wallace files $7 million lawsuit
In a $7 million defamation lawsuit obtained by Page Six, Wallace claims Lively falsely accused him of working with a company that ran a “retaliatory social combat campaign” against her.
According to documents reviewed by Fox News, Wallace’s lawsuit states:
“Neither Wallace nor Street Relations had anything to do with the alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, failure to investigate, or aiding and abetting the alleged harassment or retaliation. Neither could they have breached a contract with Lively because no such contract exists.”

The legal battle between actors Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni just took another turn. Now, a crisis PR expert is joining the fight. Jed Wallace and his firm “Street Relations” are suing Lively for defamation after she named them in her December civil rights complaint.
For weeks, Baldoni and Lively have been locked in a public dispute, sparked by Lively’s claims that Baldoni and his team enabled a toxic work environment while shooting their movie “It Ends With Us.” Now, Wallace is adding to that. In Lively’s complaint, she alleges that Wallace, a self-described “hired gun,” led a digital strategy to boost social media posts in support of Baldoni and against her. Lively claims this was part of an alleged online smear campaign against her. Messages included in her complaint show Wallace texting crisis management expert Melissa Nathan, “We are crushing it on Reddit.” On August 10th, an employee from Nathan’s team reported seeing a shift in social media sentiment, crediting Wallace and his team for helping to “shift the narrative.”
According to documents obtained by Fox, the lawsuit further states “Neither Wallace nor Street had anything to do with the alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, failure to investigate or aiding and abetting the alleged harassment or alleged retaliation. Neither could they have breached a contract with Lively because no such contract exists.”
Interestingly, Wallace was not named in Lively’s lawsuit against Baldoni, his production company, or his publicists.
The trial for Baldoni and Lively is set for March 2026. Attorneys for both parties met for the first time in a pretrial hearing Monday.
