Smell the roses but don’t dare touch hemlocks

Hemlocks, blooming in Ohio and Pennsylvania this summer, are one of the most poisonous plants in the continental U.S. The plant is growing faster than previous summers near wildlife, water, and flood plains. If not properly removed, this plant can cause painful blisters and even lead to death.
