Trump, Republicans claim noncitizens are voting in Nevada, though many appear to be naturalized

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign and GOP groups have filed a lawsuit against Nevada for not removing noncitizens from voter rolls. This is the campaign’s fourth legal challenge this election cycle.
The lawsuit, filed in Carson City, accuses Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar of improper maintenance of voter lists, alleging potential violation of duties regarding verifying voter citizenship.
The complaint claims up to 4,000 noncitizens may have voted in 2020 and warns that many could vote in the upcoming November election.
