IN HER THIRD DAY OF TESTIMONY — SHE TOLD THE JURY THAT VIOLENCE BETWEEN THE TWO BECAME A REGULAR OCCURRENCE- ESPECIALLY TOWARDS THE END OF THEIR MARRIAGE

Jimmie Johnson: DEPP IS SUING HEARD FOR 50-MILLION DOLLARS OVER AN OP-ED SHE WROTE IN 20-18 WHERE SHE CALLED HERSELF A QUOTE “PUBLIC FIGURE REPRESENTING DOMESTIC ABUSE.”
WHILE NOT SPECIFICALLY NAMED IN THE ARTICLE, DEPP SAYS IT CAUSED HIM TO LOSE OUT ON SOME HIGH-PAYING ACTING JOBS.
HE TESTIFIED THAT HE HAS NEVER BEEN VIOLENT TOWARD ANY WOMAN. INSTEAD SAYING HEARD WAS VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE TOWARD HIM.
SHE DENIES THAT CLAIM AND HAS COUNTER-SUED DEPP FOR 100-MILLION DOLLARS.
JURORS HAVE ALREADY HEARD FOUR WEEKS OF TESTIMONY.
