THE WHITE HOUSE IS TAKING TO TIK TOK TO CONVINCE THE COUNTRY TO VAXX UP.

THROUGH A MARKETING AGENCY, THE WHITE HOUSE  REACHED OUT TO WELL KNOWN SOCIAL MEDIA STARS LIKE CHRISTINA NAJJAR, ASHLEY CUMMINS AND EVEN POP STAR OLIVIA RODRIGO TO EXPAND THEIR COVID-19 VACCINATION RATES.

BUT IT’S NOT JUST THE SOCIAL SUPERSTARS TAKING PART. LOCAL MICRO INFLUENCERS, WITH A FOLLOWING OF FIVE THOUSAND TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND, CAN RECEIVE UP TO ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH FOR PRO-VACCINE CONTENT.

WHILE PEOPLE ARE NOT SURE IF THE CAMPAIGNS WILL MAKE A MAJOR DIFFERENCE IN THE VACCINE RATES, SOME INFLUENCERS DON’T MIND GIVING IT A TRY EVEN IF THERE IS BACKLASH.

INFLUENCER, CHRISTINA NAJJAR SAID “HELPING SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF GETTING VACCINATED WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO.”

THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME HEALTH CAMPAIGNS HAVE USED PUBLIC FIGURES TO PUSH THEIR AGENDA.

TAKING IT BACK TO 1956 WHEN ELVIS PRESELY TOLD THE WORLD HE GOT HIS POLIO SHOT ON THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW.

IT’S BEING REPORTED THAT ONE MILLION COVID VACCINE DOSES HAVE GONE TO WASTE IN THE U.S.

DO YOU THINK TIK TOK CAN CHANGE THAT?

LET US KNOW IN THE COMMENTS BELOW.
