VOWING TO PUNISH FLORIDIANS WHO LEFT THEIR POOCHES TIED UP AS THE STORM MADE ITS WAY TO THE COASTLINE.
DESANTIS RESPONDED TO A VIDEO POSTED WEDNESDAY BY THE FLORIDA STATE PATROL SHOWING TROOPERS RESCUING A DOG TIED UP NEXT TO A HIGHWAY.
