Former President Donald Trump said football great Herschel Walker told him he was going to run for a Georgia U.S. Senate seat. He would be pitted against Democratic incumbent Raphael Warnock.
Trump broke the news Tuesday on the Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show, after he said he went for dinner with Walker a week ago.
Walker has been a vocal supporter of Trump.
