THE REVELATION IS ONE OF SEVERAL DEVELOPMENTS FOLLOWING THE SUSPECT’S APPEARANCE IN COURT EARLIER TODAY.

OFFICIALS ALSO SAY THE SUSPECT HAS ALREADY CONFESSED TO THE CRIME.

HE WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE FIVE WEAPONS DESPITE AUTHORITIES BEING CALLED TO HIS HOUSE TWICE IN 20-19 FOR THREATS OF VIOLENCE AND SUICIDE.
