These foods can either add time to your life or take those minutes away


A recent study from the University of Michigan shares foods that can add or take away from life expectancy. For example, hotdogs can take away 36 minutes of life expectancy, while fruits and nuts can add to it. Believe it or not, candy adds time to life expectancy.

RESEARCHERS LOOKED AT MORE THAN FIFTY EIGHT HUNDRED  FOODS IN THE AVERAGE AMERICAN DIET.

TEST RESULTS SHOW WHICH FOODS CAN ADD MINUTES TO YOUR LIFE AND WHICH ONES CAN TAKE AWAY MINUTES.

PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM SANDWICHES, SEAFOOD, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, COOKED CEREALS, NUTS AND SEEDS, LEGUMES AND SOY PRODUCTS, GRAINS, CRACKERS AND SAVORY SNACKS 

AND SURPRISINGLY – CANDY.
