THE SPOKESPERSON ADDED THAT ISRAEL DOES HAVE “A RIGHT TO GO AFTER” HAMAS – BUT NEEDS TO MAKE “EVERY PRECAUTION POSSIBLE TO PROTECT CIVILIANS.”
