Federal complaint targets Boston school district for Whites-only teacher training on racism

The Boston Public School system faces a federal civil rights complaint for organizing racially segregated Whites-only teacher training on how to be less racist, according to Fox News Digital. The complaint argues that these practices violate Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by unlawfully segregating employees based on race. Parents Defending Education (PDE), a national watchdog group, filed a complaint with the Boston Area Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
PDE requested that the EEOC promptly investigate BPS and address the alleged unlawful policies with corrective measures.
