Georgia Audit Finds 20 Noncitizens Registered to Vote

Georgia’s citizenship audit revealed only 20 non-US citizens registered to vote out of 8.2 million. All 20 registrations were canceled, and cases will be forwarded to local prosecutors. None voted in the November general election, but nine participated in previous elections. The audit identified 156 additional individuals requiring further citizenship investigation, highlighting the rarity of noncitizen voting despite political focus on the issue.
