North Idaho senator yells ‘go back to where you came from’ at Native American candidate

Idaho State Senator Dan Foreman told Native American candidate Trish Carter-Goodheart to “go back where you came from” during a tense candidate forum. Carter-Goodheart had spoken about the existence of racism and discrimination in Idaho. Foreman denied any wrongdoing, calling the incident “race-baiting” and claiming there is no systemic racism in America or Idaho.
