Glilot is home to Israel’s spy agency headquarters, which Hezbollah and Tehran have both claimed to have targeted in separate missile attacks in the past year. Israeli police say the driver of the truck was “neutralized” by armed civilians at the scene.

While both Hamas and Hezbollah praised the alleged attacker for the incident, they did not claim responsibility for the suspected act of terror.

In a separate attack on Sunday, Israeli Defense Forces report a Palestinian man floored his vehicle toward soldiers in the West Bank before getting out of the vehicle with a knife and trying to stab the soldiers. IDF officials say the soldiers killed the man.

The attacks follow Israel’s retaliatory strikes against Iran over the weekend.
