THE MOVE COMES AFTER MANHATTAN DISTRICT ATTORNEY ALVIN BRAGG REQUESTED THE RESTRICTION. THE JUDGE SAYING TRUMP HAS A HISTORY OF MAKING “THREATENING” AND “INFLAMMATORY” REMARKS.
TRUMP’S CAMPAIGN SPOKESMAN CALLED THE GAG ORDER — “UNCONSTITUTIONAL.”
TRUMP IS CHARGED WITH FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS RELATED TO A 130-THOUSAND DOLLAR PAYMENT MADE TO ADULT FILM STAR STORMY DANIELS IN 2016. HE HAS PLEADED NOT GUILTY – ALLEGING THE CASE AGAINST HIM IS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED.
THE TRIAL IS SET TO BEGIN ON APRIL 15TH.
