Kennedy, who has yet to extend a formal invitation to either potential vice president, is currently focused on securing ballot access across multiple states.
His campaign has successfully met signature requirements in Utah, Hawaii, Nevada, and New Hampshire, a crucial step for an independent candidacy. Additionally, a supportive super PAC claims to have gathered enough signatures to place Kennedy on the ballot in key swing states, including Arizona, Georgia and Michigan.
However, this effort has drawn criticism from the Democratic National Committee (DNC), which alleges illegal coordination between the PAC and Kennedy’s campaign, filing a complaint with the Federal Election Commission.

Both Rodgers and Ventura are recognized for their controversial views, aligning with Kennedy’s critique of established public health policies, especially concerning vaccines.
As Kennedy’s campaign progresses, the selection of his running mate becomes ever more critical, introducing an unpredictable element to an already remarkable election cycle.

ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR., WHO’S MAKING AN INDEPENDENT BID FOR PRESIDENT, HAS AN UNCONVENTIONAL PAIR OF NAMES AT THE TOP OF HIS LIST FOR HIS VICE-PRESIDENTIAL PICK: NEW YORK JETS QUARTERBACK AARON RODGERS AND FORMER MINNESOTA GOVERNOR JESSE VENTURA.
KENNEDY, WHO HAS YET TO MAKE A FORMAL OFFER TO EITHER CANDIDATE, IS IN THE PROCESS OF SECURING HIS PLACE ON THE BALLOT IN SEVERAL STATES AS AN INDEPENDENT. HIS SELECTION PROCESS COMES AT A CRUCIAL TIME, AS SECURING A RUNNING MATE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR BALLOT ACCESS IN SOME STATES. THE CAMPAIGN HAS MADE STRIDES, CLAIMING TO HAVE MET THE SIGNATURE THRESHOLD IN UTAH, HAWAII, NEVADA, AND NEW HAMPSHIRE.
A PRO-KENNEDY SUPER PAC SAYS THEY’VE COLLECTED ENOUGH SIGNATURES TO GET HIM ON THE BALLOT IN SWING STATES LIKE ARIZONA, GEORGIA, AND MICHIGAN. BUT THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE HAS COMPLAINED TO THE FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION, SAYING THAT THIS GROUP IS VIOLATING ELECTION LAW BY WORKING TOO CLOSELY WITH KENNEDY’S CAMPAIGN.
BOTH RODGERS AND VENTURA ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR CONTROVERSIAL VIEWS, ALIGNING WITH KENNEDY’S OWN SKEPTICISM TOWARDS ESTABLISHED PUBLIC HEALTH NARRATIVES, PARTICULARLY VACCINES, WHICH HAS BEEN A HALLMARK OF HIS CAMPAIGN.
AS THE KENNEDY CAMPAIGN PROGRESSES, THE CHOICE OF A RUNNING MATE BECOMES INCREASINGLY PIVOTAL. WITH THE ELECTION DRAWING CLOSER, THE POTENTIAL INCLUSION OF EITHER AARON RODGERS OR JESSE VENTURA IN THE RACE INTRODUCES A DYNAMIC ELEMENT TO AN ALREADY UNPRECEDENTED ELECTION CYCLE
