A ‘Trump Train’ convoy surrounded a Biden-Harris bus. Was it political violence?

A Texas jury will decide if a convoy of Trump supporters intimidated former lawmaker Wendy Davis and others when a “Trump Train” boxed them in on a highway before the 2020 election. Plaintiffs’ attorneys claimed six Trump Train drivers broke state and federal laws, while defendants argued their actions were protected speech.
Wendy Davis testified she felt “taken hostage” and sought treatment for anxiety after the incident, which included harassment and threats against Democrats. The group was boxed in for over an hour on a Texas highway.
