Former Secret Service Director wanted to destroy evidence of cocaine in White House: report

According to a report, U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle wanted to destroy cocaine that was found in the White House. This reveals tensions within the Biden administration following a security incident.

The Secret Service is denying the report. Allegedly, Cheatle was angry when her request to dispose of the drug was denied because of protocol mandating retention for seven years.

When tested, DNA from the bag with cocaine resulted in a “partial hit” in a database. The investigation was closed 11 days later.
