Harris’ town hall moderator admits questions were ‘predetermined’

Only “pre-determined questions” were permitted at a town hall event featuring Vice President Kamala Harris, as stated by Maria Shriver. Video footage of Shriver’s comment went viral, with social media users criticizing the event as a campaign “production”.
Vice President Harris took three questions from the audience during the event, but it is unclear if those were also “pre-determined”.

Former Republican Rep. Liz Cheney also took part in the town hall as part of a push to campaign for Harris.
