Lawsuit targets Wisconsin legislative districts resembling Swiss cheese

Wisconsin state Rep. Jimmy Anderson has to leave his own district twice to visit his constituents. The state Constitution requires legislative districts to be contiguous. But many Wisconsin districts contain sections of land that are not actually connected. Wisconsin's nationally peculiar practice is cited as one of several alleged violations.
