Secret Service investigating report agent left Trump event to breastfeed

A Secret Service agent assigned to protect Former President Donald Trump reportedly left her post to breastfeed her child at an Asheville, North Carolina rally. The Atlanta Field Office agent bypassed security and was found breastfeeding minutes before Trump took the stage on Wednesday, Aug. 14.

A Secret Service spokesman confirmed the incident is under review but had no impact on the campaign event. The incident came as the Secret Service is facing scrutiny following the attempted assassination of Trump at a Pennsylvania rally on July 13.
