Website publishes personal information of health workers involved with DEI initiatives

A public health advocacy group is alarmed by a “DEI Watchlist” created by the American Accountability Foundation. The list targets federal employees, particularly those at public health agencies, and its names and details are listed on the website.

Dr. Georges Benjamin criticized the DEI Watchlist, stating that it intimidates individuals working on health equity initiatives. He emphasized the importance of DEI efforts for equitable health outcomes.

Tom Jones of the American Accountability Foundation defended the Watchlist, claiming it is not a threat but a tool for identifying individuals promoting destructive ideologies.

The creation of the DEI Watchlist coincides with President Donald Trump’s actions against federal DEI programs, raising concerns about the future of government diversity initiatives.
