Wisconsin Supreme Court says Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name will remain on swing state’s ballot

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name will stay on the presidential ballot, stating candidates can only be removed if they die. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Filed a lawsuit on Sept. 3 to remove himself from the ballot, claiming discrimination against third-party candidates.
Dane County Circuit Judge Stephen Ehlke confirmed that valid candidates remain on the ballot unless deceased, highlighting ballots already printed with Kennedy’s name. The decision came when more than 400,000 absentee ballots had already been sent out to voters.
