Mark Zuckerberg downplays his 5,000-Square-Foot underground bunker in Hawaii: ‘Just a Little Shelter’

In an interview with Bloomberg’s The Circuit, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg downplayed his 5,000-square-foot underground bunker in Hawaii, calling it “just a little shelter.” Zuckerberg’s comments suggest he does not see the bunker as excessive. According to Wired, the bunker is connected to two mansions by tunnel. It reportedly contains mechanical equipment, living areas and an escape hatch, with a door that’s “similar to doors found in bomb shelters,” according to reporting by People Magazine.

Zuckerberg’s statement highlights the difference between the bunker’s size and his description of it. The bunker is located in Hawaii.
