Trump claims Fox News called him to interview after Harris DNC speech: ‘I’m the Ratings Machine’

Former President Donald Trump stated that Bret Baier of Fox News called him to critique Vice President Kamala Harris’ speech at the Democratic National Convention, claiming he did not initiate the contact. He denied making calls to other media, asserting that they sought him out, criticizing “Fake News” reports.

Trump participated in the Fox News discussion immediately after Harris’ nomination acceptance speech last Thursday, Aug. 22. Hosts Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum abruptly cut the former president off after he repeatedly criticized Harris’ speech.
