Okay, let’s talk about the reality that Republicans are the Republican Party is full of professional Grifters, who are very good at their jobs. So good that one of their chief Grifters was able to grift herself into a nice contract with NBC News as a contributor. Now, many would say, wait a minute, how in the hell do you go from saying fake news, NBC, to becoming a person on the payroll, and why would NBC ever make that move to bring on someone who literally has zero credibility and had to be fact checked? In real time? I’m talking about your RNC, former RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, Ronna McDaniel, grifted her way into a nice position at NBC News until people like Well, Chuck Todd and others, Rachel Maddow, etc, said something.
CHUCK TODD: Look let me deal with the elephant in the room. I think our bosses owe you an apology for putting you in this situation because I don’t know what to believe. She is now a paid contributor by NBC News. So I have no idea whether any answer she gave to you was because she didn’t want to mess up her contract.
DR. RASHAD RICHEY: And they said something not behind the scenes, not via email, not via text, they went on air, and they talked about it. And this was not about disagreement. God knows. NBC has plenty, plenty of conservative individuals who have airtime, Ms. NBC the same. But there has to be a standard. There has to be a barrier. If you decide to intentionally misrepresent the truth, which, by the way, if you misrepresent you misrepresent the truth intentionally, and you have admitted to it. Why would you ever want to be in a position where truth matters to maintain your job? Remember, it was McDaniel who said that basically, Trump is wrong, he’s wrong for a lot of things. Now, she says, Well, this is why I disagree with him, etc. When posed the question, why did you not do anything? When you were RNC chair and her response?
NBC ANCHOR: Why not speak out earlier? Why just speak out about that now?
RONNA MCDANIEL: When you’re the RNC chair, you kind of take one for the whole team, right?
Dr. RASHAD RICHEY: Well, basically, she’s a sellout. All right. She took one for the team, whatever that means. The only team model that really counts is called Team community. Team people, not Team Trump, not team Magga. But people that the important part is the politics. It exists as an apparatus to serve people, allegedly, supposedly. But people who empower politicians are typically the last ones the politician will listen to. So thankfully, NBC did the right thing after major complaints. They did an about face. The point is, it should not have taken that much. They should have learned that lesson. NBC should have learned their lesson from Megyn Kelly

Former RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel grifted her way into NBC
Mar 29
By Straight Arrow News
Just a week after NBC hired former RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel as a political contributor, a wave of public outcry from several of the network’s stars compelled it to reverse its decision. McDaniel had joined shortly after stepping down from her role at the RNC, where she had vocalized support for former President Donald Trump’s claims regarding the 2020 presidential election outcome.
Straight Arrow News contributor Dr. Rashad Richey dives into the controversy surrounding McDaniel’s hiring — and then ousting — at NBC. Richey expresses disappointment that the storied network only reconsidered McDaniel’s hiring after facing significant backlash from its own staff.
