Transgender athletes are a threat to women’s sports

President Joe Biden proposed changes to Title IX recently, including strengthened protection for transgender student-athletes. This initiative sparked debate within a House of Representatives subcommittee over whether transgender women should have the right to compete in women’s sports.

Straight Arrow News contributor Star Parker believes that allowing transgender women to compete in women’s sports is unjust and poses a potential threat to the safety of cisgender women.

This is a threat not only to the fairness of women’s sports, but also [to] the comfort and safety of all female athletes as well. We’re hearing so many stories now about these men, biological men, in the shower rooms with women. Young girls.

Of course, Biden’s Secretary of Education, Miguel Cardona, has already said that he supports allowing biological-male transgender people to compete in women’s sports. But right now, that proposed rule has not been finalized by the Department of Education. In fact, 60 Democrat members of Congress, they recently sent a letter to the secretary, outraged that it wasn’t finalized by October.

Yeah, there’s probably a lot of reasons it’s not finalized, because it’s obscene. It’s absurd that we as a country would even have to have this activity here in Washington, D.C., and especially in the Department of Education.

You see, Democrats won’t stop, though, in their pursuit of injustice. That means we can’t stop in our pursuit of truth and what’s right. Congress must do everything they can to protect women’s sports. Everything.

Riley Gaines, the two-time Olympic trial qualifier, recently testified again in Congress regarding biological men competing in women’s sports. She’s getting tired of this chaos, she’s getting fed up, and she’s not been afraid to stand up against the ridiculousness of the Left.

Representative Summer Lee, the lead Democrat on the Subcommittee, said that the testimonies were “transphobic.” Oh yeah. Transphobic. How dare you tell the truth in front of our Congress.

You see, the Left likes to throw around claims of hate and ignorance all the time. That’s why the Left doesn’t hesitate to label someone as a racist. Everytime they disagree, you’re just a racist.

But it is, in fact, the Left that is the party governed by hate.

Riley Gaines wasn’t having it this time. She responded back, in quote:

“Inclusion cannot be prioritized over safety and fairness. And ranking member Lee, if my testimony makes me ‘transphobic,’ then I believe your opening monologue makes you a misogynist.”

Gaines, she wasn’t calling for violence or even for hate against transgender people. As she has said, in quote:

“There’s a place for everybody to play sports in this country. But unsafe, unfair and discriminatory practices must stop.”

But you see, this isn’t good enough. Either you have to agree 100% with the Left, or you will be targeted for destruction by the Left. But that hasn’t stopped Gaines and others who are willing to speak out.

It’s important that they speak out. This is a critical time, very crucial to do so. Because earlier this year, the Biden Administration proposed a new rule change to Title IX.

This rule change would expand the definition of sexual discrimination to include gender identity. This would mean that a school could not ban transgender athletes from competing. Men competing with women. This includes public K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and other institutions that receive federal funding. All of a sudden, male and female exactly the same even though everybody knows they’re not.

This is a threat not only to the fairness of women’s sports, but also the comfort and safety of all female athletes as well. We’re hearing so many stories now about these men, biological men, in the shower rooms with women. Young girls
