Okay, I think it’s time to have a sobering conversation. The former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, also former first lady, she said very clearly that Donald Trump will, in fact, be a dictator if elected president again, it reminded host on The View that Hitler was also duly elected initially, that some people may think that’s hyperbole. I don’t see how you would think that’s not what we are facing. At this point, this stage in the game, the people who support Trump, they do not support democracy, they are willing to throw away that constitution for the sake of one man and his quest to regain power.
Let me read the exact quote, one of them from Hillary Clinton. She says, “So listen, take him at his word. The man means to throw people in jail who disagree with him, shut down legitimate press outlets, do what he can to literally undermine the rule of law and our country’s values.”
Here’s the thing Trump has told you this is what he wants to do. He attempted to do much of this when he was president first time. He did contact a foreign head of state. He tried to get them to investigate an American citizen, his political opponents son. He attempted to have the military, engage in our democracy, and rip voting machines out of buildings.
We know this now because those who work for Trump wrote tell all books, made millions of dollars from these books, but nobody really refutes the claim, except for Donald Trump himself. Even his former Attorney General, William Bill Barr. Bill Barr, has said very clearly, he’s not the guy for this democracy, not even close. So if you’re looking for, I don’t know, something else to happen if he gets elected, think again.
Donald Trump will eliminate the reality of a presidential election in his lifetime, fundamentally transforming our form of government. Is this what you actually want, regardless of the political aisle you may represent?
This country is strong because of its diversity. This country is strong because democracy allows opportunity for us to present ideas and to grow, to learn and to be mobile in this changing world. If you take that away from this planet, if you take that away from your children, and the children they will have. Imagine what kind of world we are giving the next generation

Hillary Clinton recently said former President Trump returning to power in 2024 would mark “the end of our country” and has consistently warned Americans of Trump’s aspirations of becoming a dictator. She reminded Americans that the people of Germany likewise elected Adolf Hitler before he consolidated power into a dictatorship and overthrew the German government.
Straight Arrow News contributor Dr. Rashad Richey reviews Hillary Clinton’s commentary and then adds some warnings of his own. Richey reminds Americans that Trump also attempted to seize voting machines during an election. He implores Americans to reflect carefully on the virtues of democracy before handing their republic over to an aspiring dictator.

Here’s the thing: Trump has told you this is what he wants to do. He attempted to do much of this when he was president [the] first time.

Don’t fall for GOP’s cheap racist attacks on Kamala Harris
Republican rhetorical attacks on Vice President Kamala Harris, the leading Democratic candidate for president, escalated as soon as President Biden announced that he was stepping back from the election. Many Republicans accused Harris of being “a DEI hire” and indicated that she only got her position because of her skin color or gender, not her…

Violent rhetoric in politics amplified by Republican leaders
In the wake of the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, some Republicans were quick to blame Democrats for the attack, linking it to “incendiary rhetoric” about Trump. One recent example cited by his supporters is President Joe Biden’s comment: “It’s time to put Trump in the bullseye. He’s gotten away with doing nothing…

America is in trouble
President Biden’s debate performance drew a variety of reactions from Democrats, with some calling for him to step down, others saying that he should support another candidate, and some still insisting that Biden remains the best choice. Americans deserve younger candidates, better ideas
On March 7, President Joe Biden delivered a well-received State of the Union address, speaking clearly and in detail about the challenges that the nation must confront. Less than four months later, on June 28, a very different-looking president took the stage to debate Donald Trump. In both speech and physical appearance, this Biden suddenly…

Time for Christian evangelicals to part ways with Trump
As former President Trump vies for another shot at the White House, one loyal demographic he is counting on is white Christian evangelicals. More than 80% of evangelicals backed Trump in the 2020 election, and after endorsing a Louisiana law requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in public school classrooms, he’s gearing up for…
